Whether it’s charisma, work ethic, or the ability to command a room, some leadership skills come naturally to certain people. But just because you have the natural characteristics of a leader, doesn’t mean that you are one.
There are techniques! Whole books on different leadership techniques in fact. There is so much that goes into being a leader; nobody’s born knowing all of it. If your attitude has been “I’m not born to lead,” you’re only half right. No one is born to lead; they have to teach themselves.
