Why We’re Rebranding: Creating the Future of Sales

Why are we choosing to rebrand and reposition the company and the organization?
We’ve realized to align with our new vision to create the future of sales, that we needed to accomplish three key elements as an organization.
First, we have to help to establish a standardized process for how buyers and customers interact. We talk about radical transparency, a standard for selling, and more of a project management mindset. All of these things need to happen.
Second, we have to become a destination site for individuals looking to be a part of this change. That Skaled becomes your home to understand the best in modern best practices and the best in sales.
Third, we have to help elevate the profession. When we think about the need to change and create the future of sales, we have to create a world where sellers are viewed as guides and consultants and professionals versus the current stigma attached today.
Our goal is to create a brand that people can look to as a guide
This is the vision that we have at Skaled to help create this new world. Our goal is to create a brand and an organization that people can look to as a guide for creating the future of sales.
Our website as a destination for growth
The new website will be a destination for many of you to have your first experience with Skaled. And our goal is really that Skaled becomes a content destination for all individuals looking to change the trajectory of their company’s growth or improve as individuals.
We hope that the new Skaled site becomes a hub that you visit daily, weekly, monthly to continue to grow as a professional.
From rapid growth to enterprise companies
We also wanted the website to reflect our growth as an organization. We started this organization working with some of the fastest-growing, most impressive companies in the world. And we still do today.
We also work with much larger organizations, and what that gives us the benefit of is for early-stage rapid growth companies, we understand what the best of the best are doing as they’ve grown and as they’ve scaled. And for much larger organizations, they want to understand what these nimble pre-IPO companies are doing to be successful.
We’re able to bring this diversity to our customers, and we want to make sure that the site and our work is reflected there.
People, Process, TECHNOLOGY
Lastly, we wanted our new brand and website to reflect our technical experience.
For many people, when they think about consulting, they think about training, they think about process and people. Well, there’s a third leg, and it’s called the sales technology stack. And we believe to build a modern sales organization that you have to have all three.
When we think about the why behind the rebrand, it was these components that led us to make these changes. We’re super excited for the future, and we’re super excited to work with everyone to help create a new future for sales.
